Sequence Focus: Depth of Consciousness Shiva Nataraja is known as the dancing form of Shiva. Dance is known as the highest form of yoga and that is why it is Shiva who dances. Though he is known amongst the trinity (Brahma - Vishnu - Shiva) as the destroyer, in his dancing form he both creates and destroys simultaneously. The image of Nataraja is seen all over India and now all over the world. This symbol with the ring of fire around Shiva as he dances on his demons, is dissected into its energetic form in this Sircle Sequence. Through the practice of this sequence, you will awaken a deeper sense of consciousness in your center that expands both into light and dark.
