Nurture Flow - Level 2

Sequence Focus: Self-Love The Nurture sequence is a Reflective sequence. It creates a space of love and trust, where we can really take the time to connect to what is important to us, what centers us, and what our true desires are. Creating space and comfort to see this clearly and to find it, hold it see it believe it, and then become it. Remembering that it will always leave, but we must love it back, bring it back, so that we can find it again, see it again, and become it again. When we continue this pattern of loving it back and finding it, holding it, becoming it, we realize that we have grown roots in our center, reaching them not just into the ground but expanding up. And when these roots expand into the sky we know we can share them, spread them and bathe in their existence.  Nurture sequence reminds us of that. Though we get caught up in our day to day lives, it is important to carve out a space to love, to value and to nurture what we already have, who we already are. And when we do that…when we love ourselves fully, we realize that everything we desire is already right there within us.It just needs the space to be nurtured and then grown to its full potential.
