Sejal S. Sood has spent her life bringing together worlds that were never meant to coexist.
An MIT mathematician who became a classical Indian dancer. A NASA researcher who devoted her life to embodied spirituality. A United Nations consultant who teaches that the body often knows what the mind cannot.
She is the creator of the Sircle Method, a movement intelligence framework that transforms ancient wisdom into lived experience. Weaving together classical Indian dance, yoga, Vedic philosophy, shamanic practice, and body intelligence, Sejal helps people move beyond understanding transformation intellectually and begin experiencing it through their bodies.
What began as her own search to reconcile logic with intuition became a methodology that has reached tens of thousands of people worldwide. Over the past 25 years, she has taught internationally, presented at UN technical trainings, advised governments across Southeast Asia on the Sustainable Development Goals, coached CEOs and global leaders, trained teachers to carry the Sircle Method around the world, and authored a book on the methodology.
Her work has been featured at Wonderfruit, BaliSpirit Festival, SoulPlay, Sonic Bloom, and Yoga Barn Ubud, while her performances have graced stages including Lincoln Center, Harvard Arts First Festival, and the Konark Festival.
Sejal believes the body is more than something we inhabit—it is one of our greatest sources of intelligence. When movement becomes a spiritual practice, ancient wisdom stops being something we learn and becomes something we remember.
