BALI RETREAT
Awaken your inner fire, flow with the ocean's grace, and dance among the sacred elements in Bali.
May 14th – 20th, 2026
Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
Nestled in the heart of mystical, spiritually potent Bali, this retreat invites you to immerse yourself in the island's ancient elemental wisdom. Each day, you'll move your body in liberating Sircle dance flows before joining sacred Balinese rituals—bathing in purifying water blessings at a hidden spring, igniting your intentions in a transformative fire ceremony, and greeting the dawn atop an active volcano on a guided sunrise hike. In the embrace of ceremonies led by local wisdom-keepers, you'll deepen your connection to earth, water, fire, air, and spirit, awakening your inner goddess and leaving with a renewed sense of power, clarity, and grace. Led by Sejal S Sood and Eliza Maroney, you will experience daily somatic practices such as movement, breath work, yoga, and embodiment techniques that will be offered as a means of UNVEILING THE GODDESS WITHIN.
This is not just a trip, but a chance for profound connection and transformation in what is considered to be one of the highest vibrational places in the world.
Dive into the wisdom of ancient goddess archetypes in daily lessons that reveal their unique qualities and strengths. Learn how to embody these divine aspects in your own life, cultivating qualities such as love, wisdom, power, destruction, and creativity.
Experience the depth and richness of Balinese ceremony, not just as an observer but as a participant in these ancient practices.

Each day will include an invigorating dance journey, taught by Sejal, that celebrate the essence of a different goddess archetype each day. In these invigorating sessions, you'll learn to use your body as a vessel of the divine – connecting deeply with your feminine energy and somatically shedding old stories, trauma and beliefs that no longer serve you.

Participate in transformative group coaching sessions called Radiance Training, led by master facilitator Eliza Maroney. These sessions are designed to help you clear old belief systems, release limiting patterns, and step into your highest potential by using NLP (neurolinguistic programming) coupled with somatic practices rooted in neuroscience. It is in sacred sisterhood that you'll uncover new insights and emerge with a renewed mindset.

Sircle is like in a world where you can release your negative emotion and find inner peace with music, art and moves. I love it physically and spiritually. It's a very pure and spiritual place for people in this busy city.

Bali is renowned for the depth of their spiritual practices. Each ceremony opens up a gateway, a portal of transformation.
At sunset, we will gather for a traditional Balinese fire ceremony, a sacred ritual of purification and transformation. Fire, the element of destruction and renewal, holds the power to burn away what no longer serves us. Guided by Balinese priests, we will offer symbolic items into the flames — prayers, intentions, and anything we are ready to release. As we dance around the sacred fire, we call in the fierce goddesses associated with fire — Durga, Kali, Pele — igniting our inner power, courage, and clarity. The fire becomes a mirror, reflecting our inner strength and fueling our rebirth. Together, we surrender to the flames, honoring the sacred cycle of death and renewal within ourselves and the world.
Held at a sacred water temple, the traditional Balinese Melukat ceremony is a profound ritual of spiritual cleansing. Water, the element of flow, intuition, and emotional renewal, invites us to return to purity and inner stillness. Dressed in ceremonial sarongs, we will step into the sacred springs, allowing the holy water to wash over us, guided by Balinese priests in prayer and offering. Through gentle dance and movement, we will embody goddesses of water — Saraswati, Yemaya, Ganga — reconnecting to wisdom, softness, and the infinite flow of life. Each drop blesses us, clearing stagnant energy and awakening the sacred river within, as we emerge renewed, aligned, and open to receiving the gifts of the retreat journey.
