Kim Regan found dance as an adult through circus and hula hoop artistry. Mesmerized by a hula hoop performance in 2011 Kim began her movement journey through self exploration along with organized hoop dance classes, workshops and retreats. This led to the discovery and interest in various flow state and mindfulness practices. Kim had begun to study and explore mindfulness and meditation in 2009 at Lehigh University but it wasn’t until movement was added that this concept really started to make sense for Kim. Upon moving to Bangkok in January of 2017 Kim met Sejal Sood and learned about her Sircle Yoga Dance movement practice. Sircle Yoga Dance provided Kim with an avenue to continue to grow the mind body spirit connection and learn more intimately about the tradition of dance. As a Sircle Guide Kim sees each session as a chance for participants to check-in, empty out, reflect and dance in ceremony as a Sircle.
