Kim Regan

Kim Regan

Instructor

Kim Regan finds herself drawn to movement practices that strengthen the mind, body, spirit connection. Whether hula hooping or guiding Sircle Yoga Dance sessions, Kim is focused on finding meditative movements where we lose ourselves in music, breath, and feeling. Dance is a time to empty out, take stock of how we feel in the present moment, and dance in ceremony with ourselves and others.

Margaret Lombard

Instructor

Margaret Ernesta Lombard is constantly uncovering layers of the mind/body/spirit connection. As the dance unfolds in the practice it brings empowerment, joy, love, light and stillness inhabit the being. Sometimes it can be challenging to take a meditation seat, which is why Margaret enjoys offering Sircle yoga dance as an alternative form of meditation. Her classes always emphasize the body and mind connection especially using the breath.
