About Course

A Sircle Flow involves many different elements at once, which can be difficult to start off with. That is why we have created a program which will break up the practice element by element and build up your ability to combine them all together and practice a Flow. Follow these videos one day at a time for 7 days and you are sure to find your ease through any Sircle Flow.

Introduction to the Program
Learn a little bit about what you are stepping into and why I am breaking up the practice into different components!

Closer look at the meditation and warmups
This is by far the most important part of Sircle, and sometimes the hardest to get through. However a deeper meditative practice in the beginning makes for a more expanded and stronger practice as we get faster. 

Introducing the 5 Elements Sequence
We begin with a 5 elements sequence with no turns, just getting into each element and how the body connects to those elements. 

5 Elements Yoga Dance Sequence with Free Flow
Let's build up the stationary 5 Elements sequence with a little more speed and a bit of free flow exploration in between. Here we add some experimentation and flow in between the stationary sequence to start opening up the Sircular dimension. 

Beginning the 5 Elements Flow Sequence
This is our first flow sequence, taking it slow and embracing the turns as a natural evolution of flow in the practice.
