Navigating the Online Platform

Class Categories

Starting an online practice can be intimidating so we are breaking it up for you here in different ways you can navigate and use The Sircle Online. The Sircle is split up into 5 main categories:

  • Sircle Yoga is a stationary form of a Sircle session. By stationary we mean, no turning… so if the turns make you feel a little uncomfortable this is the right practices to start with. This is also a great shorter practice for the morning just to loosen up the body and help connect to the breath.

  • Sircle Flow is our signature Sircle practice which takes you on a dance journey. Each session is focusing on a specific intention that helps you move into a flow state. Each practice has a variety of levels to choose from. The first level is recommended for the first time practice of any sequence. As you move deeper in the sequence you may try level 2 or 3.2.
  • Quick Exercises are short 2-5 minute exercises that you can use to quickly invigorate, heal, or inspire your day. These short practices are created to give you just what you need as you navigate through the ups and downs of a day.

  • Traditional Yoga is a series of yoga sequences created by Margaret Lombard, a fellow Sircle practitioner and guide. These practices are designed to help support and create strength for a Sircle practice. They can be used to alternate throughout your week to ensure you have a balance of different physical practices to keep you inspired through the week.

  • Meditations and Deep Dives is a section with a variety of different supportive videos that either zone in on one specific component of Sircle, or give you a delicious meditation to start or end your day with.

All of our practices are categorized as either Balancing, Reflecting or Energizing. If you are comfortable with all the practices above, you may choose to navigate the platform based on your personal intention for the practice.

Balancing sequences help you ground and create a harmony during chaotic times. Reflecting sequences help you confront or work through any issues or blockages you might have. These sequences help you really clear out or work through any past experiences or even childhood experiences that are carrying through and preventing you from finding peace and harmony. Energizing sequences are optimizing in the incredible bodies we’ve been gifted. Each one of us is full of potential and most of us are just using a small portion of that potential. These sequences help create energy that can fuel you to live life to the fullest!
