- ✔ INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE » Detailed questionnaire so that I can get to know you and your goals before we get started working together. Don't worry if you're overwhelmed or confused about the HOW right now, that's for us to figure out together! Right now, I want you to brain-dump your ideas, your desires, your challenges and everything in between. Once I get to know you a little better, we'll be able to map out an action plan and get to work!
- ✔ 30 MIN GODDESS AS YOU ARE » Once you complete your questionnaire, you and I will jump on a 30-minute soulful call together. This is where I will ask you the right questions to help us understand where you are at in your connection to Goddess Archetypes. By the end of this call, I will have everything I need to create your custom strategy!
- ✔ UNIQUE GODDESS ROADMAP » After our 30-minute initial Call, I will personally create and deliver your custom project plan with weekly focuses. This is a UNIQUE strategy created just for you based on where you are and what you desire through Goddess Archetype work. This will help you have an integrated embodiment practice that opens up chambers of understanding, reflection and most importantly implementation that will spill over into your day-to-day life.
- ✔ EMBODIMENT SESSIONS » You have access to 8 - 1 hr weekly embodiment and reflection sessions with me. After our initial strategy call together, we will schedule a recurring time each week that works for both of us. In these sessions, we will discuss how the previous week went, any wins/challenges you faced in opening up the Goddess energy. Then we will continue with a new archetype embodiment session and discuss any reflections/questions you may have. This is a completely individualized embodiment session, where you have my full energy and we will dive deep into each archetype. This is where I will hold space for you and make sure nothing stands in your way of achieving your goals!
- ✔ WEEKLY ENRICHMENT EMAILS » On top of our weekly Check-In Calls, you will also get a weekly enrichment email which will include journal prompts, information about the Goddess we are focusing on and a chance to reflect on your embodiment experience.
- ✔ OPEN HOURS » On top of your weekly embodiment sessions AND your enrichment emails, if there is anything that comes up, I have a dedicated hour every week where you can pop in and ask any questions you have. This is for those questions you forgot to ask on our call, anything else that's come up throughout the week, as well as those
- ✔ CREATING YOUR IDEAL GODDESS ARCHETYPE » To integrate these practices we will go through each weeks journaling and mantras to create your own personalized Goddess Dance Mantra. In this session we will focus on harmonizing and enhancing each of the energies that we have unlocked in the 10 weeks so that you have a practice to continuously bring this energy into your life.
- ✔ YOUR UNIQUE GODDESS MANTRA » To close our 12 weeks we will step into a ceremonial practice together to your customized Goddess Mantra dance. This sacred experience will be recorded for you to be able to practice on your journey forward.
